Position yourself in your practice as a remote manager

  • Identify the different roles of the remote manager: motivate, accompany, encourage, gather, negotiate, manage, evaluate

  • Analyze the profile of the remote employee and adapt his management

  • Identify the causes of (lack of) motivation due to remote work.
