Mission

  • Operational management of server (Linux and Windows) and workstations, design, installation and deployment of images, writing and organizing the associated procedures.

  • Incident and problem management: 2nd and 3rd level support, support tothe field engineers.

  • IT Graduate or equivalent professional experience.

  • Microsoft and Linux certificates are a plus.

Responsibilities

The training coordinator is responsible for the smooth running of the training session. This from the application to the invoicing. The trainings sessions can be given at Business Training or at the customers premises.

His/her duties:

  • You encode the trainingsessions and participants in the database

  • You manage the agenda of the internal trainers

  • You confirm the trainingsessions to the external trainers, and also send them an purchase order

  • You manage the planning of the trainingrooms

  • You ensure that the necessary teaching material/exams are ordered

  • You ensure that potential participants receive a confirmation and an invitation to their course

  • You ensure that at the start of the training the teaching materials, evaluations and Certificates are present in the classroom

  • After completing the training you send the invoice to the clien(s)

  • You are the contact person for all practical questions regarding the logistic follow-up of the training

Experience

  • Min. 2 years working experience in a similar or administrative function

  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

  • Excellent scheduling and organising skills

  • Ability to prioritize and meet critical deadlines

  • Problem-solving and negotiation aptitude

  • Strong knowledge of MS Office suite
