Twice 2 days and the evening in between.
3 and a half day of training, discussing the competences and including exercises for the competences.
A Workbook with exercises and a book with the answers, to be used during the training course.
1 day examtraining.
Trial assessment by a certified assessor(during the exam training day) for B and C level
Checking the report required for IPMA-B and IPMA-C certification
- Understanding all IPMA competences at B/C/D level
- Be able to apply the basics of essential competences
- Being aware of competences to be addressed when executing Projects
- Realizing that Projects require a balanced approach, using a mix of technical and behavioural competences
Prerequisites
PRINCE2 Foundation or comparable. (courses can be taken in combination)
For IPMA-D level some experience in projects is helpful
For IPMA-C level 3 years Project/Team Management experience
For IPMA-B level 5 years Project Management experience of which 3 years managing complex Projects
